Just bought more guitars and the hard cases are at odds with my humble storeroom. Am a little more motivated now so will put this piece for sale at $3000 over the next 7 days to see if anyone bites. If not, will invest in a better storeroom rack and this guitar goes back to what I was asking for:

PLease note the that this is an all original Ibanez Universe Jem 77MC. Its a MKR. 7 string guitar. Only over 1000 pieces in the world. Comes with a newer Ibanez Prestige Hard case.
Guitar belong to a pretty famous Asian rock guitarist so its used but not abused from what I understand. This is a 30 plus year old guitar that has been used. It comes standard with user marks like slight polish scratches, belt rash etc. There is a slight crack on teh lacquer as you will see in one of the pics. otherwise, pretty good for such an old guitar that has been on the road.
Ebay and forums have this for between 3300-3800 USD... if you ever find it. I am asking $3500 SGD.
