Rare 1963 American strat for sale! bring pedigree, heritage and extra mojo to any gig
- Serial No: L00202
- body refurbished in 1990s by a local luthier and repainted a subtle metallic green
- custom-order replacement maple neck with rosewood fretboard installed recently, features the unusual gold transition-era fender logo that found on the original
- rare AY initialled Fender Abigail Ybarra pickups. Rich in tone and plenty of fender quack (under-stratchplate image attached)
- TYMC setup with 10s, low action and plays like butter
- comes with 3rd party padded gigbag
- tremolo arm included
Condition - guitar has been gigged but not abused; minor scratches visible, with slight buckle rash along the back, these are only cosmetic and do not affect the tone.
Get this beauty for the same price as a Mexican strat, but with superior tone and heritage. Selling as I have too many guitars and would like to pass this on to someone who can better appreciate this beast
