WTB: TC electronics flashback delay

Hi all I want to buy TC electronics flashback delay.
Please check the retail price properly. Also if no warranty, receipt don't offer such a high price, it's not easy to trust that what i bought could be returned except with a warranty. Why would i buy this pedal for 210 without receipt and warranty when I can get it from a shop for 220 with warranty?
