WTB/Rent Speaker

Hey guys,

I am looking to rent 01 pc of outdoor speaker under $100, for very small-scale events.
May need a mic to go with it.

Could also recommend me cheap pa system, don't mind buying if rental pricing is ridiculous.

Any recommendations on this?
I heard Sim Lim tower but dunno which store is recommended.
