Try Davis Music in Peninsula. But I gotta warn you that it'll cost you. I got a couple of pickup screws at 5 bux a piece. 5BUX FOR SCREWS!!!

Nah, they don't sell them. I know cos I'm in the same predicament and tried asking. Don't know how true it is but apparently the bridge adjustment screws are not sold individually. They usually come with the bridge.

Back when I was a tech in the army we occasionally fabricated parts at little machine shops around Lavendar MRT area (much faster than indenting from logistics - which sometimes takes half a year, or more). It IS expensive but very high quality (we fabricated high tolerance components for hydraulic systems). I think if you guys check the little shophouses from Lavendar to Jalan Besar someone will be able to make one for you, if you give him a good sample.
