WTB a Budget Travel guitar.

Looking for a Budget travel guitar. Preferably less than $200. Not looking for Baby Taylor or Little Martin (unless you are willing to part with it for less than $200).

Check out the Veelah models at SV guitars... I have the spruce top one. Very light and resonant, but the wear and tear shows.

What do you mean by wear and tear? Got example?

Neck and headstock made of soft wood, can scratch the neck using your fingernail

Some screws holding the tuners to the headstock wore through the wood. Had to replace those with larger diameter screws.

Soundhole crack along grain as I think I suntanned it too much... DIY fix with superglue

But the top has become a beautiful orange hue! Would also recommend upgrading with a normal 72mm bone saddle.

Padded case has stood up to daily use over 1½ years, nothing a bit of sewing couldn't fix.
