Anyway, once in a pink moon, a group of us singer Softies (and others who are just curious) will come together for a fun session of karaoke just to relax and make new friends.

Have lah, I've attended (I think) about three sessions.
Used to organized by the Venerable Sage and FGL.
We'd sing, get drunk, dance and fart into the microphone to test the sound. :mrgreen:

I don't know if Actor's Pub beside Jazz@Southbridge at Boat Quay is still in operation but I would think that the place is the easiest and most hassle-free for those who want to try jamming with a 'live' band.
Simply because the resident band have already quite a big repertoire, and they welcome bands and singers in the audience to come up and entertain the patrons.
I remember lots of good times there.

speaking of actors, i've been there b4. and yes, they do welcome others to jam there for leisure. 2 songs per table and u take turns to go up the stage.

System good anot? Use alot strength to sing can be quite tiring.
