Hey guys, was just wondering. What kind of woods give you what sounds/tones? I know rosewood=warm, maple=bright, but others(body woods)? Basswood, Alder. Thanks guys, much appreciated!!!

bassword -> warm sound but can be damaged easily
ash--
swamp ash ( is this same as lite ash?) - light wood but for sound ??? how to explain with words? hmm
hard ash - bright sound?
maghony - needless to say, warm good substain
agatheis - like maghony? but not tat good?
walnut - i dunno, i think bright
