will it command good price if i were to trade it off.

If you're thinking of trades, it might be wiser to purchase MIA pieces.

Warmoth guitars are typically customized to the player's preferences for tone, aesthetics and functionalities. It might be challenging to trade off your own Warmoth piece with a really interesting wood grain, pick-up config, switching styles, etc....

No harm trying though, you might end up keeping your warmoth (or any other partscaster) for a long time.

Warmoth doesn't sell guitars, they sell parts to make a guitar. And the final product, no matter how good the parts are, is only as good as the person putting it together.

If you're thinking of value, means that you're not backing the purchase 100%, and perhaps have something better in mind that you intend to purchase in the future.
Why not just save up for that?

Partscasters generally have really low resale value as a guitar... Worth more parting it out.
