why i can't get the full tone for bending and sliding

i can't seem to get the full tone everytime i bend and slide the tone won't last long

what guitar do u use? what is the neck construction? is it bolt on or set neck/glued in? and what is the bridge?

i thought its natural that the sustain wont last when bending and sliding cause the vibrations are interupted. no?

in my axe it doesn't matter though.. when i bend or slide... i always get a nice tone and nice sustain
