the e.q pedal or the overdrive which enhance/boost for lead guitarist sound?

hmm, tricky one...

the EQ & OD both serve diff needs. if you are happy with your current tone, you might just need a booster to differentiate you lead tone slightly. on the other hand, if your current tone is making you unhappy & you feel the need to sculp it a little, the EQ is the way to go... 8)

any mild distortion unit would serve as a good booster:

my personal fav is the MXR Micro-amp; a non-drive booster... 8)

well...2 eq might be helpfull too.
pre and post eq..

as for me od (ds1)->marshall Jackhammer(JH1)->(Boss eq)Ge7.
i would prefer the newer MXR 10 band eq.But its kinda pricey...

if you are refering to the 10-band EQ @ swee lee, it's the kerry king signature model & it costs more than the non-signature version...
