Which electric guitar for newbies?

Hi, I wanna start playin on electric guitars... Tried playing acoustic guitars but I think I prefer electric ones.. So any recommendations for me?

You could try the Ibanez RG-270, or any other guitar for that matter over at Swee Lee sometime this week, BEFORE the sale on Friday and Saturday. Once you've got a feel of the guitar and think it's right for you. Head down to the sale on 31st May and 1st June and get it at discounted price

even if u go swee lee sale and firegrab one at 50% off you might regret it if it doesnt suit you since SL sale don't let u try out.

unless you try out first before u attack the sale... which is what i would do.

i suppose if you are new to electric you want to start off on lighter guitars with low tension... i don't know cause I started out with a burny Les paul custom, so it was humbucker guitars for me all the way, haha

Make sure you got enough moolah left to buy a good or at least decent amp later.
