I believe you can get the irig at sound alchemy or ebenex

2)Authentic Gretsch Pickguard -> check with Swee Lee. If they don't have, at least you tried.

The only other route is eBay. The parts change slightly over the years. I once bought an original gold forearm guard for Gretsch White Penguin & the screw hole spacing did not match. I'm basing this off experience.
