Hi guys,

I would like to know where should i play my Boss Noise Surpressor.Between which pedal should the Boss Noise Surpressor be?

Thank you...

That dir guy is wrong.... patch your distortion or OD pedals into the send/return. Patch your guitar, wah, delay, ... , amp etc into the in/out

I second leecs advice. I have a Boss NS-2 too. At first, I tried putting it in the effects chain after my distortion/OD pedals but I realised that the noise isn't as cut out as I wanted it to be. It was only then did I read the manual. Try what leecs said:

Guitar (Input) -> NS-2 -(Output)> Amplifier

Then, put your OD/Distortion through the Send/Return jacks in the NS-2. That means:

NS-2 (Send) -> Distortion/OD -> NS-2 (Return)

Yellowfellow is correct too.

IMO, i wouldnt patch delays & reverbs in send/return. It will sort of 'kill' the spillover of the delays & reverbs.

best place for Boss Noise Supressor is in the Buy-and-sell forum and use the money to buy MXR Smart Gate

yellowfellow, killswitch
I think your ">" direction is wrong, isn't it? Confuses people.
Rhizopus's suggestion clears up the issue. I found this as well, may help some:

The NS-2 can be connected in two different ways. You can connect the NS-2 last in your chain of effects. The output of the previous pedal goes to the NS-2 input jack. Wire the Output jack of the NS-2 to your amp. The NS-2 can also be wired like an effects loop, which allows you to kill your entire signal chain just by stomping on the NS-2. Take the Send output of the NS-2 into your first pedal. Take the output of your last pedal and wire it to the Return jack of the NS-2.

Hmm sorry to hijack a tread, but didn't wanted to create a new thread on the same topic.

Just wondering, currently I place my NS2 at the end of my signal chain in mute mode.

Is it recommended or the best option would be to to patch the Drives through the send/return jacks?
