You can get it from Yamaha itself...
Anyhow, i have checked up Cubase system 4. I feel this 2 are very different in objectives and it's not a fair comparison in terms of value.
The MW10 is made for more than 1 use, that is that, it acts also as a normal mixer for outdoor usage, while the Cubase system 4 is meant plainly for direct recording. That's why the MW10 has 10 mono inputs while Cubase sys 4 has only 2 mics and 2 i/ps.
Another aspect i have to state, which i feel many people left out greatly...
Why doesn't anyone care much about Aux send and return???? To me, that's the most important thing to look for in regards to recording...
Take it this way, you record a guitar riff into the computer, you can record it as a clean signal 1st whatever you are playing. Since you may not want to record with all the effects yet as you may not have finalise the settings on your guitar pedal or you are still drooling over that dream guitar pedal you are still after. Once finalise, simply playback your signal from your pc out thru aux send and return thru your guitar pedal and re-record without needing to replay out your riffs manually. In this way, you can concentrate on adjusting the right settings instead on concentrating how to play.
This same for other usage like vocals, drums etc...
Aux send and return to me is very important as our gear level keeps increasing day by day. It's hard to sing or play with that right feel again, or it's hard to finalise your reverb, etc settings before your record. This is what i don't like about the Cubase sys 4 since it doesn't have that feature, and a lot of others don't have it as well, like Maudio etc.. I have a Tascam US428 that doesn't have that, and i was so dissappointed, so i bought a Presonus Firepod later.
Unless you plan to use audio computer plugins as your guitar overdrive etc, i seriously reccommend most to look into the Aux send/return feature on any audio interface you buy!!!
