where to get Midi interface for Yamaha to Mac Book

Hi,

I have a PSR 290 keyboard from Yamaha and want to use the Midi capabilities to record on my Mac Book.

Can someone guide me on what is the best Midi interface I can use for this purpose and whre I can get this in Singapore ?
