You can easily get a good pack of strings from Davis Guitar at around $6-8.
About the guitar bag, I'm not sure but for that budget you'll probably have to settle for something unpadded or with very little padding. You can also try Davis Guitar.

Yes, Ranking is a good place to buy Ernie Ball strings too. They're the official dealer, and prices are good there too. And friendly service too.

you can get a good acoustic guitar in $10-$20 so don't worry i searched on the Google for that and i find that in under $25 you can get a good guitar. some of them are of higher cost. but i think you have to search on the Google for that you will find what you want.
