Sim Lim square. Picture's not clear what you're looking for. But you want to connect a 3.5mm jack to a 1/4 inch input yeah?

You mean a converter jack?Most audio shops have them,just try funan/simlim or any other neighbourhood stores that sells batteries,padlocks all that stuff.
