where to fix mics?

hey there,
i realize my sm 58 got some problem
i think the wires inside is screwed...
where can i fix it and how much would it be?

There are only a couple of serviceable solder joints in that mic.

Screw it apart, remove the capsule and see if these wires are connected. If they are not then anyone with a soldering iron can fix it. If that is not the problem then you are in trouble since everything else is potted in goop or part of the dynamic capsule.

i fixed the problem!!! WOOooo... sense of achievement!!!

i soldered myself...
it was scarry cos im not so good at soldering.. then i keep triming the wire..
phew.. thank GOD!!!
