Where to find a good manager

Hey guys, anyone here of the opinion that bands should have managers? If yes, how do you find one? Or are there any people in this website who'd like to manage my band? haha

To me, a band needs a manager when they can afford it, or when they have too many shows for them to keep track of, when they're getting dead famous. If you're just a new band starting out with not much recognition and stuff, I'd say don't waste your money, get advice from the experienced people and do it yourself

yeah i think the word advisor is a good one. the thing about my band is that we're all classical freaks so we're out of touch with the pop scene in Singapore. Maybe i wasn't sure what "manager" really entails.
