Hey guys,
Wondering if anyone can tell me where can i get a Gibson J-45 custom in Singapore?? Really cant seem to see it in any shops. I was thinking of getting after my O lvls this year XD
Thx for the help

Can Pm me if you have any info on this matter, thx again

Guitar Gallery? Swee Lee should have it. I thought I saw one at Rankin too. Save it from being a display there!

After my O levels I was trying my darnest to save for a Samick acoustic. We live in different times....

Lol. 5 years from now, it's probably Froggy Bottoms.

Anyway, send Brendon an email. He's the go to guy for Gibsons.

Doesn't blackwood sell 2nd hand guitars?? Btw, the gibson J-45 Custom is relatively new so im nt sure if they have it. Thx for the info anyway

If the J-45 Custom is really as rare and new as you make it out to be, I'd suggest that you CALL UP the dealer i.e. Swee Lee and request for an special order. www.sweelee.sg

Such queries can be satiated by a simple phone call and should not even necessitate a thread. Very often, guitars that are very rare and may potentially not be in high demand (given our wretched economic climate) will not be on display for obvious reasons, and will hence necessitate special arrangements with the dealer in question.

J45

I would check out Swee Lee to see if they are getting it...they usually stock quite a number of nice Gibsons as well as Fenders.

Why not the standard J-45? Great tone as it is. Probably about to get one myself this weekend.

IMHO, the humble appearance of the J-45 is part of its appeal. That's why it has the affectionate nickname "The Workhorse". :)

One of my all time favorite acoustics.

I know. But, one of the reasons im getting the j-45 custom is coz its really v nice to me. But Have to wait till the end of O lvl.

:) Well if that's the case, you should definitely go for the Custom if that's what you want. It will definitely be unique and will probably hold its resale value better because of that if you decided to sell it one day.

For resale, I think the J45 VOS will hold value better.
