where do I find a good Flight Case?

hello,

my brother has bought a Takamine acoustic bass but it came with a Gig Bag.
Is it easy to find a hard case for this kind of instrument?

since he's a beginner he doesn't know what strings to get for his instrument. what would you recommend? (for both electric and acoustic since he also has a electric bass)

At Davis Music I've been told that Flight Case innovation could do it (custom made).
apparently Swee Lee have some hardcases too

will have to pay them a visit with the acoustic bass

do you want a flight case or a hard case? they are 2 very different things

hey i want a flight case too! lol seriously i think it either option for an acoustic bass is expensive....... to custom mould a shell to fit your bass.... that's gonna cost. I'd do it for an AB-1 maybe?

on the other hand, i kinda need a gig bag for my washburn acoustic bass! so if anyone has one lying around....

oups: where I come from people use flight case or hard case without making a distinction (sorry)

I am looking for something like a SKB case. something that would protect the acoustic bass better than a gig bag when travelling.

if anayone knows a place that sells these things I am interested (sweelee doesnt have any...)
