almost every guitar shop will sell a model of epiphone les paul, maybe std or custom or other series...one thing i learnt about business is there is no exact way to say who is providing the best value, swee lee maybe show a higher price on the tag but after discount might get lesser than others, even so, paying higher price will usually justify extra service such as return, set up, etc etc...so if u wanna get a new one, approach a staff n ask wat they offer, they can tell if u're really interested in buying so u will get a real genuine answer
