positive about Tarja's departure is that proof Nigthwish success come from their excellent song writing. not because of female vocalist.

sorry, this is coming from a "die-hard" nightwish fan. haha
but honestly, i perfer to see nightwish as tuomas's solo career rather than a band.
he was the one who got the band together and he was the one who does all the song writing in the beginning of the band.
but back to the topic,
i find the song
ghost love score very interesting due to it's ochestra arrangements.
The poet and the pendulum isn't bad too, but i find it strange that he's writing a tribute to himself.
other than that, the songs from the latest albums all have nice lyrics.
nice as in strong usage of literary devices like metaphors.
found it amazing when i discovered that " cadence of her last breath" is actually talking about finding the new vocalist.

Can't say any one nightwish song is my fav...everything's great man...tuomas is a genius...
got alll their album since tarja and to the latest one with annette...they rock...just wish that they could come to singapore!
