Uh huh uh huh Aging Youths,
Just to let you guys know: Allura will be performing this Saturday 6 June 2009 for the annual Rock The Sub at the Substation/ Timbre (45 Armenian Street). They will be up at 2200hr but you know it's a great line-up for the show.
Amateur Takes Control, For This Cycle, The Fire Fight, The Great Spy Experiment, Force Vomit, Philippines' Urbandub and more will be gracing the occasion. Tickets go for $21 at the door or at http://www.bytes.sg/eventdetailsrock.htm.
If you are in the mood for some prog rock, the revitalized Zero Sequence will be opening the Double 6 Movement show at the Singapore Art Museum (71 Bras Basah Road) this Saturday as well. Performing as well will be KL's math-rock band Nao, metalheads Bhelliom, post-prog-rockers In Each Hand A Cutlass and goth-punks La'Dies. Showtime is 6pm and admission is $4. At some places, chicken rice doesn't even go for that cheap!
The best thing about it is both venues are just across each other with the Singapore Management University being in between. We hope to stumble into a drunken college party. Hell yeah!
If you were there at B-Quartet's album launch at the Arts House last February, you probably caught this tune: their cover of the Muppets' 'The Rainbow Connection' and their own 'Beautiful Crash'. Download the song here:

We put out the track late last week on Twitter and Facebook. Join us. We should be dropping some more goodies within the next 2 weeks.
Keep it sexy,
