Since this community is pretty big it would be great to find out what you softies out there have to advise on some songs to jam as a band!
Me and my friends have just casually formed a band and after like half a dozen sessions we've run out of ideas for songs to play, partly because most have been sucked into an abysmal pit called uni >.<
To give you an idea of our level we play up to Enter Sandman (Metallica) and Cassis (The Gazette) as our more challenging songs and are looking for more laid back yet fun songs to play. I personally listen to lots of over-my-head songs like Mr Big Dream Theatre Iron Maiden kind of music and have no exposure to the more intermediate stuff.
Would be great to hear what you guys play too or share any ideas on songs or bands to keep us going based on our current standing!
