What keyboard to buy for a beginner?

Hey guys, im interested in learning keyboard..shld be playing pop so far i have a very very very old Yamaha portable (pc-50) LOL but i wanna get a decent 1.

budget around 300-500 :/ pls help thanksx

i did saw the noob thread but i'm totally new to instrument so..alot of things i dont understand thats y i decided to start a thread

oh ya and if possible recommend some good software for learning keyboard also heard its good but i duno where to start. thanks!
