Fave genre is certainly Metal! But jazz is cool too sometimes...


Bands? Top of list for me has to be Iron Maiden. UP THE IRONS FOREVER!!! The rest are great as well but irrelevent. Getting into Lamb of God now 'cos they is coming! Haha! Jazz...the old stuff like Miles Davis, Freddy Hubbard, Lee Morgan, Joe Pass, Django, Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Sonny Rollins, Coltrane, Roy Haynes etc...

New Age: Enya, Enigma
World: Loreena Mckennitt
Alternative: Songs from many different bands..

My combination's probably a lil weird, but the main addictions to MandoPop and Alternative Rock. Grew up with MandoPop with the likes of Jay Chou, Mayday (and prob 100 others). Then got into bands, and went crazy over Radiohead, Muse etc.

Rock Band the game also exposed me to lots and lots of other artists, and I must say I'm developing a love towards Metal; going crazy over A7X and Metallica =)

By the way, OP, I'm not sure about the purpose of your poll, but just, FYI, if you think this poll measures what local people like to hear, it's highly inaccurate. It simply depicts the interest level that Soft.com community tend to bring in..
Those who are more involved with other genres are mostly located in other forums/boards around the internet..
