Ok nowadays i've been playing the guitar with 2 fingers cos ov some stupid annoying injury. I'd like to get opinions from you guys whats a good easy playing guitar specially for metal. I'm currently using the jackson RR3 cos its so much easier to play than my ibanez rg350. But the shape's a lovelovelovelovelove. SO im actually tryna save up for smth new and interesting and blah. So yeah lemme know. Thrash and Destroy!!!

not really sure about this. i've only played wooden guitars. but i saw a metal guitar in one of the shops at the basement of peninsular

I'm not really into esps or washburn prolly another jackson or ibanez. something really comfortable that won't strain the working 2 fingers. don't really care bout the price cos i'm willing to spend, when i got the money of course:p. could be 2nd hand too. so yeah just put on some links or whatever. Thanks;)

Metal Guitars!

Yamaha RGXs or any godforsakened BC RICH for that matter!

I am a Yamaha-fan; so a RGXTT for me anytime. \m/

Happy Hunting!

ESP / Jackson

why dont you try ESP? if you like Jackson den ESP is the next best thingy for you...

ESP and Jacksons are awesome guitars!

But both the brands have been marked up by their distributors in Singapore sky-rocket-high, so getting first-hand ones are pretty costly.

If you want to rock out and not really care about minute details (which you may or may not notice or care), the cheaper alternatives could be the LTDs or Epiphones (Cousins of ESP and Gibsons respectively).

What makes a good solid metal guitar sound is also the effects and amp you are playing through...so..mix and match until you find the perfect combination.

Les Pauls make amazing metal sound! Jon Norveitd from Dissection used a Gibson when he was alive! LONG LIVE DISSECTION!

Flying Vs is another classic! The list can go on!

Keep hunting!

Wooden?

not really sure about this. i've only played wooden guitars. but i saw a metal guitar in one of the shops at the basement of peninsular

Recklessnick, you mean classical or acoustic guitar? It's really cute/funny the way you put it!

The metal guitar you saw...is it really made of metal? Woah, it must be really heavy to play if it is.

I'm assuming you'd like a wooden guitar that would sound good playing metal songs.
I'd think ESP and Ibanez would be good (just because I'm an Ibanez junkie).

Try out a Dean ML or the Razorback. I affirm by it and it is way better than the other flying v or Rhoads' models man. The action's incredibly awesome to shred and riff on and the V part let's you put it between your legs while the wing stickin' out rests on your lap, giving you ultimate comfort while playing.

The tone is evil and is as metal as it can ever get.

It's time to get ya wings bro.

Cheers ;)

Hi... I think ESPs generally are good metal guitars. Thick and heavy sound, if you're lookin' for it.
