Whammy pedal + boss gt 6

I am just curious if digitech whammy pedal is able to be connected to boss gt 6.

connected in what sense? You can put one after the other, I'd put the whammy first, so the effects would just be in series.

You can't use the whammy pedal to control any functions on the GT-6 though.

Cos' i was wondering if I can still use the whammy pedal with effects coming from boss gt-6.
From what i have observed, most people would use Digitech whammy pedals with single effects pedals.
I've hardly heard of coupling Digitech Whammy pedal with multi-effects pedals.

Why not? In the end the sound is still similar. Just think of your GT-6 in terms of individual effects. If you had distortion on, then your whammy-ed sound would just become distorted. Or with delay, phaser, or any combination of whatever on your GT-6.

So long as you wire it up from guitar > whammy > GT-6 > amp
