Website similar to SOFT in Japan?

Does anyone know of any website similar to SOFT in Japan? I've been in Tokyo for a couple of months for work and will still be here for many more months so wanna find a band to have fun with. Saw a few Japanese sites but most of the people seem to want to go pro as a band, which is impossible for me.

Anyone has any recommendations on any sites or any other way to find members to form a band here?

i'm living in japan too but i'm in the chubu region. it's such that i might as well camp at my local JR station and hunt down a dude carrying an instrument. if there were something like soft for my city, it would be smaller than the soft bass forum. but i can imagine what it's like in tokyo. if you're looking for expats you could try craigslist

Serious??? Most japs want to be pro musicians???? Hmmmm, time to find some jap musicians then...
