Howdy folks,
I am looking for more paid gigging opportunities. I’ve been playing for guitar for 17 years covering a broad range of styles, and have been gigging regularly for the last 2 years. My influences range from pop/rock right up to heavy metal, blues and jazz. I am primarily a pick player but can switch to fingerstyle when necessary. I don’t read notation, but can follow chord charts and have a pretty good ear and learn quick, so adding new songs to the repertoire is rarely a problem. I’m happy to play rhythm or lead guitar in a full band, or acoustic in a more stripped down format.
I’m not available Friday nights, but any other evening is generally fine for me (and I will make myself available if it is a regular commitment). Below are some samples of my playing for your reference:
