Hey guys. Been thinking of upgrading to a 5-string bass soon though need some advice in choosing one. Perhaps could I have some suggestions as to what are some recommended models?
It really depends on your budget. I would suggest getting a used one to try it out. Check out the sale forum and see if anyone suit your budget. Yamaha TRB 1005 might be a solid choice and there's one in the forum now.
