Ultex Jazz III < where to get em ?

Looking around for this pick, do they sell em anywhere in peninsula ? Or the eastern part of the island, cant seem to find any but am interested to try this pick out, heehee

tbh, the ultex jazz iii are only good for grip. they feel very different from the standard jazz iii. i dun really know the term u use for that feeling, its kinda like the feeling of scraping a knife through a chopping board when u brush through the strings lol...

ive one , 5 months of playing and still looks new. Not a fan of its muted tone.

I've been using the ultex for quite some time now, if you have a problem with the texture, you can use a nail buffer to smooth it down, but playing it a few days should get rid of the scraping sound if it bothers you. It's a good all around pick.

@shyamalan - Probably advisable to have multiple types and gauges of picks in your arsenal especially with recording, the ultex is one of the best heavy picks in my opinion but if you like a brighter sound, thinner picks are far better for recording crunchy rock rhythm tones
