two frets are popping out, but barely...

so yeah two frets are popping out of the fretboard, i can see it because i can press it down. This has been the source of my 15th fret High E string buzz, no matter how much i raise the action the 15th fret e string will always buzz and only the 15th fret. I thought it was because the fret was too small but now I know its because the 16th and 17th fret are kinda popping out on the treble side of the guitar, causing the only fret buzz on my guitar. the fret is not even popping out a milimeter, it looks like less than one milimeter.
So how do I fix this? go to a trained luthier and spent a bunch of money, or just superglue myself? or woodglue??

Just hammer it back in should be fine. Or u can bring it to beez and get him to do it for you. He should be able to access it for u accurately.

to find the jedi masters you need to make the trip, young padawan. you can't expect the jedi masters to use the force to heal your guitar from miles away.

hahaha nice! Guitar Workshop does a great job too, and its close, its at bras basah, so the question is: "is it worth going to a luthier and letting him fixing it for probably a lot of money? or should i just try to glue these frets that are only popping out for less than a milimeter myself?" or is diy a completely retarded idea, in which case then I do need to go a luthier

if i were u, i'll try to diy first with caution. put a cloth on the affected fret and hammer it, but u gotta control the force padawan. not too much, not too little. if it doesn't work and you don't feel comfortable utilising more of the force, approach a jedi master for advise/price quotation
