Tube DI's

Hey guys,

Do any of you play through a tube DI? I've been thinking of getting one for some time now (and including it in my product lineup at my website), and with a little research I managed to come up with these...

the Aggie DB900 (retails US$499)

and the Demeter VTCB-2B (retails US$549)

And this beauty

adesign REDDI (lists US$799)

I don't take to Aggie stuff (plus reviews have been the pits), and the Demeter isn't stated to work ideally with electric basses on their website... apparently the REDDI trounces them all in the tone department, but then again the REDDI is the most expensive of them all.

Anyone have any experience/interested in tube DI's? I've tried contacting Demeter and Adesign, and only Adesign's gotten back to me so far. If anyone's interested in the REDDI, I'm currently negotiating intro prices for units for SG

Update - Peter from A-designs has very kindly agreed to give me a nice price for the REDDI. I'm not at liberty to openly post it up here, but I will say it's a bit less than everything else that I've posted about
