Too many black guitars for sale?!

Hi guys, just rambling here - is it me or does it seem that there are way too many black guitars on sale?

I agree, i myself have had 5 electric guitars and only 1 is not black. Always checking out & admiring other finishes but end up with a "Black Finish"

It's one colour that most people like. Colour plays a part in overall sales. Not many guys would go for a pink guitar right (generally speaking)?

I guess it's more of a metal music thing, hence black is the colour of choice.

Personally I don't like black guitars. Because dust and oily fingerprints look much more visible, and that annoy the clean freak out of me...haha!
