Tokyo Jihen..?

..

i would say that they have matured since shiina ringo started playing with the band and it really shows on the record.

imo, the new guitarist isn't too impressive though. or maybe he still needs time to fit in...

I've got Kyoiku and seems like the mastering fucked up the mix or the the mix was already bad. Really uncomfortable to my ears, too much high mids. Or maybe the band preferred it to be that way.

Where did you guys buy Adult from? Sembawang, MJ or gramaphone? I saw HMV selling at fucken $70+. WTF.

Always preferred Shena Ringo as a solo artiste though.

I prefer the songs in Kyoiku than Adult. Songs in Adult are a little less catchy than Kyoiku. Adult is still good nontheless. I don't particularly like the mix in Kyoiku though. But like what madmonkeykungfu said, maybe the band wanted it that way? *shrugs*

Personally, I still prefer Shiina Ringo's solo works to Tokyo Jihen. Then again, her solo works and the band stuff are pretty different. Can't really compare between the two. Anyway, whether it's solo or Tokyo Jihen, both are good! :D

wow, i didn't know there r people where who like TJ, well i didn't like otona/adult as much as the first. It just sounded very lounge jazz to me. Hence i prefer the first one, more fun to listen to. Also, I thought HZM was interesting musician. Still dun like the current pianist.

Anyone watched Dynamite Out? Great live.

Same here lol. You guys should probably check out Variety, their newest album. The single, OSCA is woah. But, I have to admit that SR's solo works are better.
