An actual exercise of recording my old gear to sell away resulted in me re-recording this unfinished demo. This song was originally recorded with Guitar Rig 2 for the guitar tones about 2 weeks ago (after a bout of listening to too much old Anthrax one day). But i've sinced embraced an old Tech 21 XXL and MXR Phase 90 for the guitars. It sounds so lo-fi, dirty, raw, bad-smelling and real. And i prefer that over the cleanliness of the Guitar Rig plug-in. Listen closely and you might just hear the sound of the tremolo springs in action! 
The song is unfinished still, as i've yet to add bass and guitar solos (might employ a friend to do that!). And maybe voice...
In the meantime, the XXL and MXR will stay with me for more fun!
