I am reporting a theft in dwelling case, happened on the 28 of February 2013, around 7:30pm. The crime took place at Peninsula Plaza Basement 1, inside a guitar shop named SV Guitar.

Note in the snapshot (the Malay guy in stripes) slowly inching towards the speaker and subsequently bending down to pick something up. That is my wallet and it does not (in anyway) belong to him. He has stole my wallet and left the shop afterwards. Note also the 2 Malay persons in the shop - they are his friends and believed to be abetment to this crime.

If any of you have come across these people, please contact me at 91888381 or SV Guitar at 6338 3371 of their whereabouts. The CCTV footage will be circulated to police for further investigation.

Please do share this with your friends too. Thanks.

Just curious, why did u leave your wallet there?
Have you shown this video to the Police? They will be caught in no time.

You think the police can easily trace the guy and arrest him?? Hahaha with that video theres nothing much the police can do.... This is not a murder case or millions of dollars robbery something like that....unless you know the guy and know where he lives.. Or else the guy in the video will just remain anynomous to the police

Where were you? And why if your wallet there man?

The only hope is for this pic to be circulating around the Internet, go post it on hardwarezone forum and every forum u can think of and hope people recognize this guy.

I think the police will find out who the guys are but are more relax about it. Its not a murder or anything. My sister's phone was stolen and the police tracked the person down but the phone was kept with the police for evidence. So your wallet might be kept for evidence purposes.

With the video or pic above showing the guy wearing golf cap... No way we can identify the guy accurately unless the victim himself saw the the guy physically face to face before...and the police wont arrest a person just because he look similar to the suspect on the camera...if have misplace your wallet or drop it then nothing much can be done... You can try circulating that picture but it wont do much...

The best way is all stores should put a sign in book for anyone visiting time date and name and ic number like going to clubs so anything can easily track

Thats too troublesome... Imagine just browsing a guitar shop, and need to sign in etc... Very troublesome for shops & customer..
