the worst thing was doing a "GL SOLDIER" Stint all through-out 11 months of NS till they eventually posted me out of my old unit. HAha. Maybe if I hadn't done that I'll still have a few more friends there

Worst of 2008

Reading this thread is like going back to adolescence!

Missing jamming with ex-bandmates, dating chics, watching prison breaks on Channel 5...etc. Guys, you have no idea how envious I am of all of you. Seriously.

My worst of 2008 is the final 8 weeks (Nov - Dec): I made a career change from a prestigious company (with a modest pay) to a smaller company for a significant pay increment.

Sounds good?

NO MATES! It's the shittiest 8 weeks of my 2008! I swear! My colleagues/workmates are political, selfish, rude (and maybe evil). We certainly share a different brand of humour and there are major character clashes...

I don't even feel excited about my pay-cheque in month end anymore. It's only my 3rd Month! It's a drag going to work...

Lessons learnt, $$$ is not everything. A healthy working environment with good colleagues and bosses are above everything else. $$$ will come your way eventually.

To the rest of the softies, enjoy your youth, music and life! Onward to Glorious 2009!
