heys people out there
i have a jackson that i have never played for a few months..
and the strings are very close to the fretboard...
i have no idea what to do...
could someone tell me what happened and how to deal with it??

Wah, thats very damn low man.... Sure play fretbuzz all the way...
If you are using floyd rose, theres 2 allen key screw that maintain the trem float... then use allen keys and turn the screw anti clockwise... to heightened ur string from the fretboard.. use 2 mm guitar pick and place it on the 12th fret and adjust according to the pick height. however you need to re-tune ur guitar all over again...
If you are using fixed bridge, theres 2 small allen key screws on each saddle on every strings.. then use allen keys and turn the 2 small screw anti clockwise.. and the same to re-tune ur guitar after..
However, most guitarist i encounter set up their strings height same level if u know what i mean.. take ur guitar up by looking from behind the bridge, it should be reverse scallop type. thats the proper way actually..
Well other guitarist prefer to level their strings height.. it's up to individual liking....
