The search is on for…the Official S.League Song!
If you love your rock, funk, metal or R&B as much as you love local football, why not translate that passion into music and lyrics of your own?
We’re accepting demo submissions of original works that best exemplify the spirit of the S.League, and most importantly, what the S.League means to you, as a fan.
Some stuff to note before you press the ‘Record’ button:
1) Demo to be not more than 2 minutes – we want to hear your best bits!
2) It would be best that you have at least one instrument (piano, guitar etc.) to accompany your vocals, though we do not mind demos with just vocals alone. Vocals must come out clear and audible.
3) All genres of music are accepted – feel free to rap, beatbox, or jazz it up.
4) Original works to be in English only.
5) The composition must be truly original and unpublished – we don’t want to listen and halfway start wondering ‘hmm, isn’t this Justin Timberlake’s…’
6) No profanities in the lyrics – so, please omit any four letter words, or we would have no choice but to disqualify your work.
7) There are two ways of sending your demos over: You can email your piece, either in mp3 or wma format to info@fas.org.sg OR send it in a CD-Rom to:

8) Demos will be accepted from now till end of August 2007.
Decide for yourself whether she should stick to her day job, while in the meantime, do start working on your track as well. We hope to see your submissions coming in!
Composers of the top three songs will stand to win for themselves exciting prizes. Of course, the best of the lot will be made the Official S.League Song. The winner will be invited to record his or her song in a recording studio and we’ll subsequently play the recorded version at our S.League Friday Night Football games!
