After a lengthy hiatus, the Lilac Saints have decided to come out of corporate hibernation and embark on a charity project this Christmas. Together with a few people from the local music scene (e.g. the Mee Pok Man aka Joe Ng, Shirlyn Tan, Joanna Dong etc), the Lilac Saints wrote and recorded a CD single "Give Me Love On Xmas Day" for XMAS 2007.
The Lilac Saints paid for the production of this single, which is on sale at around SGD10 from this Wednesday 12 Dec 07 at all HMV and Gramophone stores.
All proceeds from the sale of the CD single will be donated to The Lilac Saints’ adopted choice of charity, Boy’s Town.
I also understand that Dave (Electrico) and Saiful (Great Spy Experiment) also lent their lovely voices for this good cause.
