i have yngwie's version too..vocals were killer!!

but the solos were too fast.cudnt get the melody and rhythm.

so the vocals were nice but soloing left much to be desired.



the one with zakk wylde (live) kicks ass hard!

zakk with his pinch harmonics.
 
cradle of filth one is nice..but

they lack the solo part.

but the dark ambience is there.

That's what i feel too. I heard Yngwie's one first, then Ozzy's. And i never listened to Yngwie's version after that for a pretty long time, except for the vocals(by Ronnie James Dio, mind you). Yngwie should learn how to slow down sometimes in his solos.
 
i find the original with Randy Rhoads has the most feel.
Jake E. Lee's rendition comes not far behind imo.
