Hello peeps,
Just had some exceptional warranty service from IMS Mahajak, so I figured I'd spread the word.
I bought a DigiDesign Eleven Rack from Guitar 77 some time ago. Recently, one of the outputs starting acting up, emitting a constant hiss. I was really dreading having to get it repaired, but I contacted Avid, who passed me on to IMS Mahajak, the local distributor. Because of my long/volatile working hours, it's almost impossible for me to head down to pass them the the unit between 9 to 5. Kheng (the contact person there) was extremely helpful in accommodating my work schedule and got the repaired unit back to me in no time. I barely noticed it was gone! Would definitely not need to think twice about buying any product they distributed, at least I know I'm totally covered warranty wise.
