Awesome, looks to be the best Terminator movie yet *lets hope*

Christian Bale as John Connor seems a good choice too, cept the director is that same Charlie Angels guy. I hope he doesn't ruin the plot and bastardized some kind of Animatrix/Transformers rip-off.

Wooo, the full trailer is out already.

Doncha just hate it when the main character in the movie says "It ends tonight..." and you know the movie studio is setting up the movies to be a summer blockbuster franchise? Yes, Salvation is supposed to be the first in a trilogy.

Interestingly, they scrapped a movie treatment in which John Connor dies in this one and where Marcus, the amnesiac proto-T800 (aka the Arnie model) Terminator decides to wear the skin and face of the dead John Connor as the human resistance cannot afford to lose a figurehead like him. Sounded pretty cool to me...

T3 was pretty cheesy to me. From the looks of the trailer, the franchise is going for a darker look.
