Hi everyone. I am a passionate musician who would love to start teaching guitar once again. My passion lies in music and playing the guitar.
I have been playing the guitar for nearly 8 years now, and have experience teaching in various Primary schools around Singapore before, as a class by class basis. I offer both 1-1 and group lessons, and am able to teach both electric and acoustic guitar.
I am able to teach the following below:
1. Guitar techniques
-Finger strengthening
-Strumming, Picking (Alternate, Tremolo), Hammer-ons & Pull-offs, Bending, Vibrato, Tapping, Harmonics, Switch Toggling, Volume Swells, Whammy Bar Bending, etc.
2. Music/Guitar Theory
-Chords, Scales, Modes, Intervals
-Reading of tabs
3. Guitar Maintenence/Setup
- Anything having to do with the instrument from setup to maintaining.
I understand the above is a bit wordy but as, but I would love to explain as much as possible.
Rates:
Electric Guitar
$45/hr
Acoustic Guitar
$30/hr
I live in the east and it would best for me to teach in the area. I am open to any suggestions/discussions however.
