i was doin sound check yesterday when i realized some TERRIBLE.... whenever i play a chord which includes the 6th string, it tends to be over powering... whereas once i shift back to the thinner strings (1st to 4th) the sound is rather thin, and not as thick as the 6th string.. Is there something wrong with my guitar...? i move back and forth quite alot between chords and solos... as such... my solos become almost non existent with the band behind me... pls help... pls
another prob, once i go pass a certain loudness, i notice my 6th string vibrating like mad... and the feedback was horrendous. is it becuz i'm standing too near my amp. if so, y do i hear only the 6th string, but not the rest...
fyi, i'm using a Maestro SD-2. so anyone care to shed some light on it.
