Studios for private gig

not sure if this is the place to post...
Need advice in finding a nice place for private gig. Preferably near town and capacity upwards of 30. Welcome any suggestions thanks!

Good sound but quite difficult to go there..

Can try The Ark Music Cafe... Soundwise decent, may need to get ur own guitar amps... But booking price wise sure affordable.
